Advanced Freediver Course

Prerequisites: 

• at least 15 years old
• Apnea Total Freediver certification, or equivalent certification level from another freediving organization.

This three-day course includes

• Three instructor-led theoretical presentations during which among other things you will learn about the mammalian diving response, static apnea, advanced breathing, relaxation and warm-up techniques, deep dive preparation and equalization techniques. 
• One static apnea session
• Two open water sessions to practice exhale diving, advanced deep dive techniques and buddy and safety procedures (depths between 20 and 30 meters).
